420 celebration at Lofty

April 20, 2026 we celebrated the official ribbon cutting at Lofty Supply, in Red Hook NY, while marking the holiday. The installation backdropped the event, adding a touch of whimsy to the store.

FLOWER SHOP is a mixed media window installation created in collaboration with Lofty—a quiet play on “flower” in its many forms. Oversized, doodle-like blooms drift across the windows in a layered collage. Soft and suspended, they hover between stillness and motion—loose, airy, and slightly surreal. One larger bloom floats just off on its own, echoing a light, lifted feeling. Flowers hang on lines throughout the space, referencing the drying process while adding a subtle sense of humor and material awareness. Lightness, color, and release shape FLOWER SHOP at Lofty this spring.
