🧚🏽 Join us on May 1 from 6–9PM at 5 Field Court, 12401 to celebrate FLOWERS. (for spring)—a mixed media installation and flower art shop by Amelia C. Williams, hosted by Rot & Fallow.

💐 The opening brings together an all–BIPOC group of creatives, presenting floral-inspired work across art, homeware, and accessories. The evening is designed as a full sensory experience—flowers to look at, smell, taste, and take home.

🌸 Throughout the night, enjoy  floral tea tastings by The Qi, a floral buzz from Sundae Flowers, and a scent immersion by Crete, including a limited-edition collaborative candle created for the event.

🌼 Food and drinks will be served, with bites by Masa Midtown, sweets from The Catskill Cakery, and gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

🌻 Music by DJ Atta will set the tone, with The Devil Wears Prada playing quietly in the background as nod to the newly released sequel.

🌹 The evening will be documented by Kwesi Peters.

🌺 A raffle will be held in support of the Center for Creative Education, featuring a curated selection of prizes including a private boxing session, a complimentary dinner for two at Mirador, movie tickets, and a Road to Nowhere store credit.

Rot & Fallow is an intentional place to gather. Inspired by the essence of a third place, it exists to cultivate a space that brings people together, encourages conversation, and sparks connection through fun & meaningful experiences.

It also serves as a platform and venue to uplift local artists, creators and makers who don't have a physical space to publicly showcase their craft whether it's food or art. While welcome to all, Rot & Fallow is especially keen to supporting women and the BIPOC community as it is a as a woman- and Asian-owned space.

About Center for Creative Education The mission of the Center for Creative Education (CCE) is to enrich the social and cultural awareness of our youth and community through arts, wellness and education.

🌸🌼🌹🌺 Flowers (for spring) art shop + installation runs through May 17. DM for an appointment.
